I moved into the house about five years ago and have slowly fixed it up along the way. Updates include: -Installed new Energy Efficient heating unit -Installed Air Conditioner -Installed $0 fee leased solar panels * -All new windows -Updated bathroom with new tub, sink, & custom vanity, plus fixtures -New energy efficient gas water heater -New wood floors on 1st floor -Updated electrical wires, outlets and lighting -Renovated kitchen with open design, granite countertops, new cabinets, new fridge, sink and dishwasher. -Painted exterior -New 40 sq ft lean roof shed with insulation, electric, Cat6, and cable built off the ground. -Updated front awning There are a few projects left uncompleted as the home was being updated with bonus income.
